Before You Buy in Cannon Ridge

The Cannon Ridge community comprises owners, renters, and guests who come and go on a daily basis.  Our association comprises the owners and board of directors that keep Cannon Ridge safe, secure, and maintained for the community.  Community compliance with our Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions and association resolutions keep Cannon Ridge a good place to live.

When a unit is for sale, Cannon Ridge management goes to the property and inspects it for architectural violations and possible Manassas City Code violations.  Any violations are listed and appear in the Disclosure Package on page 3.  Whether the buyer, seller, or real estate agent orders the Disclosure Package, the list of architectural violations will always be listed on page 3 of the Disclosure Package.

Buyers should look for this page.  Violations that have not been corrected by the seller automatically become the buyers responsibility.  In Cannon Ridge, architectural inspections are conducted annually.  Outstanding violations do not go away.  New owners will be required to remedy outstanding violations.

The board and its management will work with owners to address remedies for architectural violations.  The goal is a safe, secure, and maintained environment for our community.

Request for Rental Inspection

Owners that plan to rent  their units may request an inspection from the City of Manassas.  The goal of owners and the association is to maintain the safety and soundness of our housing, the value of property, and a baseline for owners to establish the condition of their unit.
